Sales Trainee

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Sales Trainee to join our team at Consolidated Electrical Distributors. As a Sales Trainee, you will be responsible for learning all aspects of our business and developing the skills necessary to become a successful Account Manager.

• Learning all aspects of the CED business
• Attending classes online and in-person at various locations
• On-the-job training and mentoring
• Establishing and developing relationships with solar customers
• Goal planning with Division and Training Managers

• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Bachelor's Degree
• Current, valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record
• Authorization to work in the United States

• Strong negotiation skills
• Strong attention to detail and time management
• Ability to solve complex problems
• Outstanding communication skills

Conditions vary based on the trainee's current segment of the training and will include warehouse, office, and external environments. During some segments, activities will include lifting, sorting, standing, and possible extreme heat/cold conditions. Office segments may include sitting for extended periods. Various segments will include some travel - both by car and by air.
