We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our team as a Shift Leader. This role offers an excellent opportunity for personal and professional growth, with comprehensive training and career opportunities available.

• Manage cash transactions accurately using POS and Shift Reports
• Collaborate with team members to maintain adequate inventory levels, minimizing loss through effective use of company systems and guidelines
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized restaurant environment, adhering to safety and security standards at all times
• Promote a positive and respectful work culture, fostering teamwork and excellent customer service skills
• Ensure reliable transportation to and from work
• Meet physical demands of the role, including lifting up to 50lbs
• Develop and implement strategies to drive sales and revenue growth
• Effectively communicate with customers, resolving issues promptly and professionally

Estimated salary: $45,000 - $60,000 per year.
