Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist to join our team at Henry Ford Health System. As a CRNA, you will be responsible for administering anesthetic care to patients undergoing diagnostic, therapeutic, and surgical procedures.

Responsibilities:

• Perform and document pre-anesthetic assessments and evaluations of patients.
• Develop and implement anesthetic plans of care, including monitoring modalities and post-anesthesia follow-up evaluations and care.
• Select, obtain, and administer anesthetic plans of care, including induction, maintenance, and emergence phase anesthesia.
• Recognize alterations in physiologic responses to surgical procedures and/or anesthesia, take appropriate action, and notify responsible physicians as indicated.

Requirements:

• Nurse Anesthetist credentialed from the Michigan Board of Nursing.
• Registered Nurse credentialed from the Michigan Board of Nursing.
• BLS Provider credentialed from the American Heart Association.
• Nurse Anesthetist credentialed from the National Board of Certification and Recertification of Nurse Anesthetists.

Education:

Master's or Doctorate of Nursing Anesthesia Practice or Nursing Practice required.
