BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our dynamic team on the island of Oahu. As an RBT, you will play a vital role in empowering children and young adults with autism and intellectual and developmental disabilities to reach their full potential.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Implement behavior therapy techniques to help clients acquire and maintain skills
  • Establish and maintain relationships with clients, families, and school staff
  • Document interventions and progress towards goals
  • Collect behavior data as specified in client behavior plans

Requirements:
  • Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Certified or the desire to pursue certification (paid for by BAYADA)
  • Be at least 18 years of age
  • Minimum Education: High School Diploma or GED
  • One year experience working with children with developmental/intellectual disabilities preferred
