Overview

We are seeking an exceptional Physician Leader to serve as the Program Director for our Neurology Residency program. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading the ACGME application process and site visits.

Compensation

The salary range for this position is $270,000 - $289,000 per year, based on experience, with additional benefits including a sign-on bonus, relocation package, and performance bonuses. Job Description

In this role, you will lead the ACGME application process and site visits, which can be performed remotely through a consulting agreement with approximate work hours of 40 hours per month. You will also serve as the Program Director for a new Neurology residency as part of our GME consortium. The position is .4 FTE as PD, with the remainder in clinical practice, in either outpatient or inpatient practice depending on your interest and training.

Requirements

To be considered for this position, you must have 3 years of current or very recent PD, APD, or Core faculty experience in an accredited neurology GME program. You should have demonstrated ability as a leader, educator, and clinician, as well as recent history of scholarly activities. Additionally, we require that you have a separate contract group for inpatient and stroke call.
