Job Role
The successful candidate will provide administrative support to the VP of Space Vehicle Engineering and Engineering Directors. Key responsibilities will include managing calendars, coordinating meetings, planning events, and performing various administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, possess excellent communication skills, and have strong computer proficiency, particularly with MS Office Suite. Previous experience as an administrative assistant or executive assistant is preferred. Event coordination skills and a self-starting attitude are valuable assets. The ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize responsibilities, and work independently is crucial. Additionally, flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and a willingness to work overtime or respond outside regular business hours are essential.
