Qualifications:
- Valid Physical Therapist license in California
- Current CPR Certification
- Recent physical evaluations completed within the last year
- Negative TB Test results
- Excellent communication abilities
- Capability to work autonomously
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess and treat patients in their residences, concentrating on post-operative recovery, balance improvement, home safety, range of motion (ROM), strength enhancement, and equipment assessment.
- Deliver 45-minute therapy sessions, with 2 to 3 visits per week for each patient.
- Record patient progress using user-friendly laptop software.
- Oversee a patient load of 1 to 7 individuals weekly.
