About the Role:
We are looking for an experienced Master Mechanic to join our team at Bronwick Recruiting and Staffing. As a Master Mechanic, you will be responsible for performing complex maintenance tasks on company assets. You will also conduct quality inspections and provide technical support to your team members.

Responsibilities:
• Perform advanced maintenance tasks on company assets, including overhauls and repairs.
• Conduct quality inspections to ensure that all repairs meet the highest standards.
• Provide technical support to team members, including training and guidance.
• Participate in root cause analysis on rework and faulty parts.
• Assist with accident investigations and root cause analyses.
• Maintain repair order documentation to include repair description, parts used, and repair times.
• Perform monthly inventories as required.

Requirements:
• At least three years of heavy truck or equipment maintenance experience including experience performing maintenance on Class 8 trucks and heavy equipment.
• At least five years of heavy truck or equipment maintenance experience at a Technician III level.
• Must possess own tools.
• Experience diagnosing and repairing electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, fuel, engine cooling, air conditioning, and engine and transmission systems for heavy equipment.
• Proficient with shop equipment and original equipment manufacturer (OEM) diagnostic software such as: Tech tool, Cummins Insite, Allison Doc, Bendix, etc.

Compensation:
Pay ranges from $30/hr to $50/hr depending on the number of years of experience and scheduled shift. Hiring for all shifts. Full benefits package.
