About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Behavioral Therapist to join our team as a BCBA or Lead BCBA. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing Behavior Intervention Plans and Skill Acquisition Programs for our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement Behavior Intervention Plans and Skill Acquisition Programs
  • Supervise and train Behavior Technicians
  • Lead clinic meetings and participate in supervision meetings
  • Provide parent training and train Behavior Technicians in conducting parent training
  • Conduct assessments, write assessment reports, analyze data, and modify programs accordingly
  • Update programs, write supervision notes, and train Behavior Technicians in IOA data and write monthly reports
  • Conduct staff evaluations and manage correspondence with clients, Behavior Technicians, Clinical Director, and other stakeholders
Requirements
  • BCBA or BCBA candidate with demonstrated experience in ABA and managing Behavior Technicians
  • Demonstrated experience providing coaching to parents in antecedent strategies, consequence delivery, and shaping
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills
  • Highly motivated, able to work independently, and detail-oriented
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Spanish-speaking is helpful but not mandatory
