Job Summary

As a Production Supervisor at Azelis Holding S.A., you will be responsible for directing production activities for assigned shifts to ensure daily production goals and standards are met in a safe and efficient manner.

Key Responsibilities
  • Direct completion of assigned daily tasks
  • Report progress, needs, and issues to the Production Supervisor
  • Perform tasks of Production Specialist as needed
  • Monitor adherence to safety policies and procedures
  • Supervise production activities and manage employee performance
  • Ensure company programs such as ISO, HACCP, and Safety are followed within the Production Department
  • Maintain housekeeping requirements in accordance with GMP
  • Oversee training progress of department personnel
  • Suggest changes in working conditions and equipment to increase department efficiency
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you must have:

  • An Associate's Degree (AA) or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school
  • Related experience and/or training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Demonstrated ability to make successful presentations to individuals and/or groups at all levels of an organization
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to deal effectively with a variety of individuals at all organizational levels
  • Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or government regulations
  • Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals
  • Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public
