Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement effective sanitation schedules to minimize downtime and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Conduct regular inspections of equipment and facilities to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
  • Collaborate with production teams to ensure seamless operations and maintain a clean and safe working environment.
  • Operate and maintain cleaning equipment, including high-pressure hoses and cleaning solutions.
  • Monitor and control the use of cleaning chemicals and ensure compliance with safety protocols.
  • Participate in quality control initiatives to identify and address any issues related to sanitation and cleaning.
  • Develop and maintain documentation of sanitation procedures and schedules.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • 1-2 years of experience in sanitation and cleaning, preferably in a food processing environment.
  • Strong knowledge of sanitation procedures and protocols.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods.
Work Environment

This is a full-time position working 3rd shift, Sunday through Thursday. The work environment is fast-paced and requires attention to detail. The successful candidate will be able to work in a team environment and maintain a clean and safe working environment.
