Requirements:

  • Active RN License: Must have an active RN license in the state of Arizona.
  • Prior Experience: Must have prior experience in acute rehabilitation.
  • Desirable Qualities: Must have a strong desire to care for patients with integrity, be able to work flexible hours, and have efficient electronic charting skills.
  • Certifications: Must have BLS/ACLS certification, current TB and physical clearance, and a finger print card clearance.
