Restaurant Leader Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Restaurant Leader to join our team. As a Restaurant Leader, you will oversee and provide customer service leadership, training, and coaching for all restaurant employees. You will also be responsible for maintaining high retention by focusing on identifying qualified applicants, developing leaders, empowering employees, and encouraging employee productivity.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and provide customer service leadership, training, and coaching for all restaurant employees.
  • Maintain high retention by focusing on identifying qualified applicants, developing leaders, empowering employees, and encouraging employee productivity.
  • Oversee the restaurant's condition and ensure that it complies with company policies & procedures as well as Health Department Standards.
  • Oversee and implement all merchandising and marketing programs.
  • Use P&L and store reports to affect change.

Requirements:

  • Ability to oversee and provide customer service leadership, training, and coaching, for all restaurant employees.
  • Ability to oversee the restaurant's condition and ensure that it complies with company policies & procedures as well as Health Department Standards.
  • Ability to oversee and implement all merchandising and marketing programs.
  • Excellent oral and written communication and intrapersonal skills.
  • Proficient computer knowledge (Microsoft products preferred Word, Excel).
