We are seeking a skilled and charismatic Bartender to join our team at The Ritz-Carlton Key Biscayne Miami. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for creating an exceptional guest experience by providing personalized service, expertly crafting cocktails, and maintaining a clean and welcoming bar environment.

• Prepare and serve cocktails, beers, and wines to guests in a timely and efficient manner.
• Develop and maintain a thorough knowledge of our beverage menu, including ingredients, preparation methods, and pairing suggestions.
• Provide exceptional guest service by being attentive, friendly, and knowledgeable about our offerings.
• Maintain a clean and organized bar area, including the bar, back bar, and surrounding areas.
• Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure seamless service and a positive guest experience.

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• At least 1 year of related work experience in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a team environment and provide exceptional guest service.
• Physical stamina to stand for long periods, lift up to 25 pounds, and move quickly and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
