Kitchen Supervisor

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Kitchen Supervisor to join our team at GetGo Caf + Market. As a Kitchen Supervisor, you will be responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient operation of our kitchen, providing excellent customer service, and leading a team of hourly employees.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain a safe and clean kitchen environment, adhering to all food safety and handling procedures.
• Supervise and train hourly employees on kitchen procedures, customer service, and food handling.
• Ensure that all food is prepared and presented to a high standard, meeting our quality and presentation expectations.
• Monitor and control food costs, inventory, and labor expenses.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.
• Collaborate with the Store Leader and other department managers to achieve business objectives and goals.

Requirements

• 1-3 years of experience in a kitchen or food service management role.
• Supervisory experience and ability to lead a team.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; food safety certification preferred.
