  • Practice GOTTChA and assist with the installation of wiper blades, batteries, and light bulbs.
  • Utilize OBDII to read codes from customers' automobiles, diagnose problems, and recommend solutions.
  • Communicate with managers regarding customer concerns and employee matters.
  • Develop and maintain effective customer service skills, providing honest and trustworthy advice to customers.

Requirements:

  • High School diploma or equivalent.
  • Basic knowledge of automotive parts.
  • Excellent communication and decision-making skills.
  • Ability to lift, load, and deliver merchandise.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including holidays, evenings, and weekend shifts.
