We are seeking highly motivated and organized individuals to join our team as interns for the Spring 2025 season. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in baseball operations, work with a dynamic team, and develop valuable skills that can be applied to future careers.

Estimated Salary: $12-$15 per hour (30 hours/week)Company Overview

Gateway Professional Baseball, LLC is a minor league baseball team recognized for its commitment to excellence in player development, community engagement, and fan experience. Our organization offers a unique blend of traditional values and modern innovations, providing a stimulating environment for interns to learn and grow.

Job Responsibilities
  • Assist in various departments, including box office, outside sales, community relations, merchandise, creative services, stadium operations, and grounds.
  • Support event planning and execution, including game-day operations, promotions, and sponsor activations.
  • Develop marketing materials, social media content, and other communications to engage fans and promote the team's brand.
  • Contribute to data analysis and reporting to inform business decisions and improve operational efficiency.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or currently enrolled in an accredited university program.
  • Strong communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace.
