Job Summary

We are seeking a Housekeeping Assistant to join our team. As a Housekeeping Assistant, you will be responsible for performing housekeeping and cleaning duties, including dusting and damp mopping floors, cleaning and sanitizing bathrooms, and removing trash. You will also be responsible for maintaining a safe and clean environment, adhering to all safety precautions, and following infection control and universal precautions policies.

Responsibilities
  • Perform housekeeping and cleaning duties, including dusting and damp mopping floors, cleaning and sanitizing bathrooms, and removing trash.
  • Maintain a safe and clean environment, adhering to all safety precautions.
  • Follow infection control and universal precautions policies.
  • Respond to the paging system in a timely and appropriate manner.
  • Positively represent HCSG by following instructions, being courteous, and cooperative with supervisor, coworkers, and client staff.
Requirements
  • Demonstrate a positive attitude and ability to follow oral and written instructions.
  • Perform routine, repetitive tasks daily.
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Must be able to lift/carry a maximum of 50 pounds, push/pull a maximum of 50 pounds, stand, sit, bend, and walk for extended periods.
