- Documentation: Maintain accurate and detailed records of client interactions and treatment plans.
- Training and Development: Provide in-service training to staff members and participate in agency-wide training programs.
- A master's degree in a mental health field from a regionally accredited institution of higher learning.
- Current licensure in good standing in the relevant mental health discipline.
- A strong understanding of and commitment to the ethical principles governing professional practice.
