Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled BCBA to join our team at Devereux Advanced Behavioral Health. As a BCBA, you will play a critical role in designing and implementing behavior modification intervention services for individuals with autism spectrum disorders and other intellectual disabilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct functional behavioral assessments and develop, implement, and monitor behavioral support plans for assigned individuals.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary treatment teams to provide care and treatment to individuals with autism and other developmental disabilities.
  • Provide training and coaching to staff, family members, and legal guardians on implementing behavior support plans.
  • Ensure proper documentation and provide supervision to Behavior Specialists.
Requirements
  • Master's degree in Psychology, Applied Behavioral Analysis, or related field.
  • BCBA certification required.
  • Minimum of two years of experience designing and implementing behavior modification intervention services.
  • Strong applied behavior analysis skills and significant experience working with individuals with autism and other developmental disabilities.
