Job Title: Certified Nursing Assistant

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant to join our team at Noble Health Care Center in Noble, OK.

Job Summary:

The Certified Nursing Assistant will provide personal care to residents in a manner conducive to their safety and comfort, consistent with community policy. This includes promoting and supporting the greatest possible degree of independence for residents, advising supervising charge nurses of resident status, and contributing knowledge of resident conditions/needs to resident care plans.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide personal care to residents, including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
  • Assist residents with daily living activities, such as eating, toileting, and transferring.
  • Observe and report on residents' conditions, and document observations as required.
  • Comply with requirements of procedures for safe lifting and/or safe transfer of residents per established policies and procedures.
  • Perform incidental housekeeping or maintenance tasks as may be required to maintain a clean, hazard-free environment for residents, visitors, and staff.

Requirements:

  • State certification as a nursing assistant.
  • Complete familiarity with the duties of a certified nursing assistant.
  • Highly developed observation skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
