We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team at Maxim Healthcare Services in Ruskin, FL. As a Pediatric Nurse, you will have the opportunity to work with patients and provide high-quality care in a homecare setting.
Responsibilities- Utilize the nursing process to plan, implement, and evaluate patient care and services provided to clients receiving contracted services.
- Initiate the plan of care when directed and request revisions as patient status and needs change.
- Incorporate therapeutic, preventive, and rehabilitative nursing actions based on patient diagnosis and established goals.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed and monitor their effectiveness.
- Review plan of care and program protocols to identify areas for healthcare teaching, care coordination, goal setting, and discharge planning.
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) License for the state in which the nurse practices.
- Current Health Certificate.
- Current PPD or Chest X-Ray.
- Current BLS card.
- One year prior Registered Nurse (RN) experience preferred.
