We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team of healthcare professionals at DaVita. As an Acute Dialysis Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care in a hospital setting.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver nephrology care to patients through various dialysis therapies, including hemodialysis, peritoneal dialysis, and CRRT.
  • Work collaboratively with hospital staff and nephrologists to assess, troubleshoot, and make sound decisions for critically ill patients.
  • Provide education and support to patients and their families, promoting a comprehensive understanding of their treatment plans.
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay up-to-date on the latest dialysis techniques and best practices.

Requirements:
  • Current and valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state where practicing.
  • Associates Degree in Nursing (A.D.N) from an accredited school of nursing or Bachelor of Science in Nursing (B.S.N).
  • Basic computer skills and ability to lift a minimum of 5 pounds to a maximum of 50 pounds unassisted.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Hemodialysis nursing experience in an acute or chronic setting.
  • Medical/surgical, ICU, CCU, and/or ED experience.
