Clinical Nurse

We are seeking experienced Nursing Professionals to join our team at CHC Wellbeing. Our Seasonal Flu Clinics will take place in various settings, including corporate offices, warehouses, schools, and municipalities. As a Flu Nurse, you will administer flu vaccinations to participants, answer questions on potential side effects, and ensure their comfort and safety.

• Administer flu shots to participants
  
• Monitor participant reactions to vaccinations during the administration of shots
  
• Establish trust and keep participants calm
  
• Comply with recordkeeping and reporting requirements set by CHC and the CDC
  
• Ensure that vaccinations are stored correctly and securely
  
• Maintain an accurate inventory of supplies and vaccine in your possession at all times and return all unused supplies and vaccine timely
  
• Pre-event preparation and post-event reconciliation at vaccination and wellness events
  
• Able to work independently or under the direction of a lead vaccination nurse

• 
  
• RN, LPN, and EMT
  
• License in the state the job is being performed
  
• Minimum of an associate degree in nursing
  
• Prior experience administering flu shots is preferred
  
• Language Skills: Bilingual: English/Spanish is a plus
  
• Mathematical Skills: Basic skills
  
• Computer Skills: Proficient computer skills with knowledge of the Microsoft Suite (not limited to Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
  
• Reasoning Ability: Must possess sound judgment and business acumen skills
