We are seeking an experienced Dining Services Supervisor to join our team at our state-of-the-art facility.

Job Summary

The Dining Services Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our kitchen, ensuring that all meals are prepared and served in a timely and efficient manner.

This role requires a strong leader with excellent communication and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and train kitchen staff to ensure high-quality food preparation and service.
  • Develop and implement menus that meet the dietary needs of our patients.
  • Manage inventory and supplies to maintain optimal levels.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Collaborate with the culinary team to create new menu ideas and improve existing dishes.
  • Assist with budget planning and management.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned by management.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's degree or higher preferred.
  • Minimum one year of experience in a supervisory role in the foodservice industry.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods.
  • Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Salary and Benefits

$50,000 - $60,000 per annum, depending on experience.
