Epidemiologist Specialist

At Le CYR Consulting, we are seeking a highly skilled Epidemiologist to join our team. As an Epidemiologist, you will play a critical role in analyzing data to identify and understand the causes of diseases and health-related events.

• Data Analysis: Conduct in-depth analysis of data to identify trends, patterns, and correlations that can inform public health policy and practice.
• Health Crisis Planning: Develop and implement plans to mitigate the impact of potential health crises, including outbreaks and pandemics.
• Report Writing: Create comprehensive reports detailing potential health threats and providing recommendations for action.
• Presentation and Communication: Present findings to policy makers and other stakeholders, and communicate complex health information in a clear and concise manner.
• Project Management: Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and deadlines to ensure timely completion.
• Public Health Program Development: Design and implement public health programs, including developing studies to inform program development and evaluation.

• Education: Master's Degree (MPH / MSc) in Epidemiology, Biostatistics, or a relevant field.
• Experience: Two years of training and experience in epidemiology or a related field.
• Skills: Strong presentation and communication skills, ability to problem-solve complex issues, and detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and attention to detail.
