- Communication: Attend parent-teacher conferences, communicate with parents about student performance and behavior, and provide support for teachers in communicating with parents.
- Administrative Support: Provide non-teaching support, assemble materials, make copies, monitor recess, supervise lunch, and complete documentation as required.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and complete records, maintain student confidentiality, and complete documentation necessary for regulatory compliance.
- Team Collaboration: Participate in grade-level, school-wide planning, and other teams as needed, and serve as an active member of the school community.
- Education: 60 credit hours from an accredited college or university preferred.
- Skills: Nurturing, patient, and caring, with the ability to support and inspire elementary students; possession of, or ability to attain, a valid IVP Arizona Fingerprint Clearance Card.
