Job Title: Travel Occupational Therapist

LanceSoft is seeking a skilled Occupational Therapist for a travel job in a dynamic healthcare setting.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Occupational Therapist to join our team as a travel therapist. As a travel Occupational Therapist, you will have the opportunity to work in a variety of settings, including home health, and provide high-quality patient care while enjoying the flexibility of a travel assignment.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide occupational therapy services to patients in a home health setting
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to meet the unique needs of each patient
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care
  • Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to identify patient needs and goals
  • Document patient progress and outcomes in a timely and accurate manner
Requirements:
  • 1 year of experience in home health or a related field
  • Current licensure as an Occupational Therapist in the state of California
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to adapt to changing situations and priorities
