Descripción del Puesto:
Este rol se centra en la implementación y supervisión de sistemas de PBIS en un entorno escolar de alta necesidad. El candidato ideal tendrá un conocimiento sólido de los sistemas PBIS a través de los tres niveles y estará comprometido con el desarrollo integral del estudiante.

Requisitos del Trabajo/Cualificaciones Mínimas:
  • Conocimiento práctico de las características esenciales de los sistemas PBIS a nivel escolar en los tres niveles.
  • Familiaridad con el proceso de mejora escolar en relación con el desarrollo del niño.
  • Asistir a reuniones mensuales de PBIS del distrito y flexibilidad para participar en reuniones de coaching de la red PBIS Midwest (se requiere aprobación del edificio y autorización de sustituto a través de RTI si es necesario).
  • Promover la toma de decisiones compartida y facilitar reuniones de equipo.
  • Capacidad para desarrollar relaciones positivas con otros miembros del personal.
  • Demostrar la capacidad de trabajar de manera colaborativa y efectiva en grupos y con administradores/tomadores de decisiones en el edificio.
  • Trabajar a tiempo completo en el edificio.
Funciones Esenciales del Trabajo (Nivel II):
  • Revisar el Inventario de Fidelidad por Niveles (TFI) para crear un plan de acción.
  • Formar un Equipo de Sistemas Secundarios y comunicar el estado de la implementación del Nivel 2 al personal.
  • Reunirse al menos una vez al mes para revisar datos de estudiantes y determinar quién califica para intervenciones de Nivel 2.
  • Monitorear el progreso y rastrear intervenciones de Nivel 2.
  • Registrar datos de CICO y revisarlos regularmente.
  • Completar la Herramienta de Seguimiento de Nivel 2.
  • Servir como punto de contacto y recurso en el edificio para herramientas de evaluación y monitoreo de progreso.
  • Rastrear estudiantes que necesitan herramientas de evaluación y comunicarse con la oficina del distrito sobre los estudiantes que deben ser cargados.
  • Revisar preocupaciones de SEL en reuniones de revisión de datos del edificio.
  • Comunicar y actualizar al personal sobre el estado de las intervenciones de Nivel 2.
  • Asistir a reuniones mensuales de coaches de PBIS del distrito.
  • Documentar intervenciones de Nivel 2 para cada estudiante al final del año escolar.
  • Colaborar con coaches de Nivel 1 y Nivel 3 para completar el TFI y crear un Plan de Acción.
Funciones Esenciales del Equipo PBIS del Edificio:
  • Coordinar asambleas escolares y desarrollar programas de incentivos universales para reforzar el comportamiento positivo.
  • Crear lecciones y materiales que enseñen expectativas de comportamiento y refuercen el comportamiento positivo.
  • Analizar datos escolares para identificar áreas problemáticas de comportamiento.
  • Desarrollar reglas de decisión específicas del edificio para intervenciones de Nivel 2.
  • Intensificar intervenciones si un estudiante no responde a las intervenciones de Nivel 2.
  • Completar el TFI como equipo y presentar en el sitio web de PBIS Apps.
