Behavior Technician Opportunity

Pediatric Therapeutic Services (PTS) is seeking a skilled Behavior Technician to provide school-based services for a local school district in Enola, PA.

As a Behavior Technician, you will work closely with a BCBA to implement behavioral programming, collect data, and write progress notes. You will also be responsible for understanding and adhering to established policies and procedures, demonstrating sound judgment, critical thinking, and effective time management skills.

We offer competitive rates with compensation for direct and indirect time, including treatment sessions, documentation, meeting attendance, and report writing. This is a 1099 position, and we provide consistent on-site and off-site mentorship with Clinical Directors and Team Leaders.

Responsibilities
  • Implement behavioral programming under the guidance of a BCBA

Qualifications
  • High School Diploma
  • Minimum one year experience working with children
  • Child Abuse, State, and Federal Clearances
