Experience: Candidates must possess a minimum of 2 years of experience in a large healthcare facility License: An active nursing license is mandatory Certifications: BLS and ACLS certifications are required Essential Qualifications: Candidates should be adept at working across all
ICU and PCU units.
Job Overview:
- Engage in a resource pool, providing coverage across various ICU and PCU departments.
- Adaptable to shift every 4 hours according to the hospital's operational needs.
- Maintain patient care ratios of 2:1 in
ICU and 5:1 in PCU. - Complete all mandatory orientation and Epic Fast Track training modules prior to commencement.
- Availability to work at least one holiday each season (Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year's).
- Compliance with all COVID-19 and flu vaccination protocols, with exemptions available for medical or religious grounds.
- Submit all requested time off in advance with application.
- Ensure all compliance documentation is finalized by the Wednesday preceding the start date.
- Previous employees must have been separated for a minimum of one year before reapplying.
