About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our Observation Unit team at Penn State Health Hershey Medical Center. As a Staff Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional patient care and contributing to the success of our team.

Responsibilities
  • Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care for a designated group of patients
  • Develop and implement individualized plans of care, including patient education and discharge planning
  • Collaborate with the medical staff to ensure high-quality patient care
  • Document patient progress and care provided
Requirements
  • Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the state of employment or multistate RN license through the interstate Nurse Licensure Compact
  • AHA BLS certification prior to the end of the orientation period
