Ideal Candidate: We are in search of a knowledgeable and inquisitive professional to become an integral part of our esteemed advisory team. The Tax and Advisory Services Specialist will hold a pivotal leadership role within our Salina market and will actively engage with our Firmwide tax team. Responsibilities will include providing forward-thinking tax consulting and planning, conducting compliance reviews, and performing comprehensive research services for a wide array of clients across various industries. Additionally, you will play a crucial role in recruiting, mentoring, and nurturing talent within the tax and advisory services division.

Required Qualifications: Applicants should hold a CPA certification and possess a minimum of 5 years of experience in preparing tax returns for corporations, partnerships, trusts, and individuals, along with supervisory experience. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, as well as strong interpersonal and client relationship abilities, are essential. Active community involvement and the capability to develop new business opportunities and services for our clients are also expected.
