Key Responsibilities
As an Operations Supervisor, you will combine your technical expertise and leadership abilities to guide, develop, and mentor team members in delivering exceptional customer service. Your daily activities will include:
- Creating a welcoming atmosphere for each guest with a friendly introduction.
- Building customer loyalty through trust and consistent service.
- Assisting the Service Center Manager in overseeing daily operations.
- Managing inventory, labor, and financial performance of the service center.
- Understanding and adhering to Environmental, Health & Safety (EH&S) regulations and company policies.
- Leading and training team members to enhance their skills and performance.
- Maintaining a clean and organized service center while ensuring a safe working environment.
- Providing leadership in customer service excellence.
Qualifications for Success
The ideal candidate will possess:
- A friendly demeanor and a willingness to collaborate within a customer-centric team.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Basic mathematical skills for handling transactions and calculations.
- Knowledge of cash management and safety protocols.
- The ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.
- Full mobility, including the ability to twist, stoop, and bend.
- A high school diploma or equivalent.
- Preferred experience includes six months in a supervisory role or related training.
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
