Pep Boys Warehouse Associate Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Warehouse Associate to join our team at Pep Boys Providence Highway. As a key member of our warehouse team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the efficient receipt, storage, and shipment of products.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and complete orders for delivery or pickup according to schedule, including loading, packing, wrapping, labeling, and shipping.
  • Receive and process warehouse stock products, including picking, unloading, labeling, and storing.
  • Perform inventory controls and maintain high-quality standards for audits.
  • Ensure all delivery loads are stacked, padded, and properly secured.
  • Operate and preventively maintain warehouse/hub vehicles and equipment as needed.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • 1-2 years of experience in a warehouse or logistics environment preferred
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods
