Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Donation Attendant to join our team at Goodwill Industries of the Gulf Coast. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to donors and ensuring a smooth donation process.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure World Class donor and customer service by greeting customers within 10 seconds and providing friendly service and information.
  • Assist with unloading donations and sorting them in a timely and efficient manner.
