**Job Overview**

Penn State Health offers an exciting opportunity for a Graduate Medical Education (GME) Coordinator to join their team. As a key member of the GME department, you will play a crucial role in coordinating the day-to-day activities of the program.

The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and experience in a healthcare setting. You will work closely with the Physician Program Director, Chief Residents/Fellows, residents/fellows, and other stakeholders to ensure the smooth operation of the GME program.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Scheduling and coordination of resident rotations
  • Recruitment and hiring of new staff members
  • Clerical support and administrative tasks

Requirements:

  • Associate's degree required
  • Three years of Secretarial or Customer Service experience required
