Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly qualified Adjunct Faculty member to teach Mathematics courses at Terra Community College. As an Adjunct Faculty, you will have the opportunity to work closely with students, develop your teaching skills, and contribute to the academic success of our institution.

About the Role:
  • This is a part-time, adjunct position with a variable schedule.

Responsibilities:
  • Teach Mathematics courses as assigned by the department chair.
  • Develop and implement lesson plans that meet the needs of diverse learners.
  • Assess student learning through evaluations and provide feedback.
  • Maintain accurate records of student progress and attendance.
  • Participate in professional development activities to enhance teaching skills.

Requirements:
  • Masters degree in Mathematics or Statistics from an accredited institution.
  • Minimum of 18 graduate hours in mathematics or statistics.
  • Two years of teaching experience preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • A competitive salary range: $35-$45 per hour (estimated annual salary: $72,000 - $92,000).
