As an Advanced Practice Provider in Family Medicine, you will have the opportunity to work in a state-of-the-art facility, collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to provide comprehensive care to patients of all ages.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-quality patient care, including diagnosis, treatment, and management of acute and chronic conditions.
  • Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient care plans.
  • Conduct routine check-ups, health screenings, and other preventive care services.
  • Order and interpret diagnostic tests, such as lab results and imaging studies.
  • Prescribe medications and other treatments as needed.

Requirements:

  • Five (5) years of experience in a continuity setting as a provider.
  • Ability to work extended hours, including weekends, as needed.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
