**Job Title:** Early Childhood Education Lead

 

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Early Childhood Education Lead to join our team at Chesterbrook Academy. As an Early Childhood Education Lead, you will be responsible for creating, managing, and participating in various learning environments and activities that provide opportunities for students to develop their full potential and achieve their learning objectives.

 

The ideal candidate will have a strong desire to work collaboratively with a talented team of educators and administrators. They will be able to develop and maintain interpersonal relationships with families, students, and the school community.

 

**Responsibilities:

  • Cultivate a positive influence on peers to work towards and meet the school's vision of excellence.
  • Prioritize a safe, clean, and attractive learning environment.
  • Maintain compliance with accreditation and state licensing requirements as well as all applicable state and federal laws, and internal policies and procedures.
  • Foster an inclusive classroom environment where students feel valued and respected.

 

**Requirements:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent is required; a Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, or a related field is preferred.
  • At least 2 years of experience working with children in an educational setting.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds occasionally and frequently walk, stand, sit, squat, stoop, reach, kneel, rise from the floor, twist, listen, read, write, and speak the English language.
