Key Responsibilities:

Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or Equivalent: Required.
- Leadership and Influence: Able to lead and influence others by example in the areas of attitude, work quality, work ethic, dependability, and communication.
- Reading and Understanding Engineering Drawings: Able to read and understand product criteria on engineering drawings.
- Directing and Training Employees: Able to direct and train employees.
- Supervising Multiple Activities: Able to supervise multiple activities or jobs simultaneously in an accurate manner.
- Communication and Teamwork: Able to work and communicate well with others.
- English Language Skills: Able to read and write English.
- Good Work Attendance and Dependability: Good work attendance and dependability.
- Knowledge of Controls and Procedures: Knowledge of various controls and procedures such as error rates, shortages, and cycle counting. Adherence to D.O.T, HAZMAT, international, and domestic shipping regulations.
- Minimal Supervision: Able to work with minimal supervision.
- Background Check and Position Assessment Test: Must be able to pass a background check and complete a position assessment test.
