Job Title: Nurse Practitioner - Resident Care

At Sunrise Senior Living, we are seeking a skilled and compassionate Nurse Practitioner to join our team as a Resident Care Specialist. As a key member of our care team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality nursing care to our residents, promoting their overall well-being and quality of life.

Responsibilities:
  • Conduct thorough assessments of residents' health needs and develop individualized care plans to ensure their optimal care and comfort.
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians, and monitor residents' responses to ensure their safety and well-being.
  • Collaborate with the Resident Care Director and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination and communication.
  • Provide education and support to residents and their families on health-related topics and disease management.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance the overall quality of care and services provided to our residents.
Requirements:
  • Graduate of an accredited nursing program with a current state license as a Nurse Practitioner.
  • Minimum of one year of experience in long-term care or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with residents, families, and healthcare professionals.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong commitment to providing exceptional care and service.
