The Physical Therapist/PT will be responsible for assessing patients' medical conditions, functional capabilities, limitations, and restrictions, and developing a treatment plan to achieve specific goals. The Physical Therapist/PT will also provide direct patient care, document patient progress, and educate patients and families on physical therapy methods.
