**Job Summary**
We are seeking a skilled Facilities Maintenance Technician to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining, renovating, and restoring buildings, mechanical, plumbing, and electrical systems, as well as grounds.

- Conduct preventive maintenance and safety audits
- Supervise outside contractors and perform maintenance functions
- Work flexible hours to meet campus needs
**Requirements**
- Experience in minor repairs
- Knowledge of plumbing, mechanical, and electrical systems
- Flexibility with scheduling
