Compensation:
$12 per hour

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver exceptional customer service and foster teamwork.
  • Create a welcoming atmosphere by keeping the work area tidy and organized.
  • Transform the laundry experience for our customers.
  • Build strong relationships within the community by providing excellent service.
  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries and resolve any issues.
  • Educate customers about our services, products, and promotions.
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures.
  • Follow the uniform dress code.
  • Prioritize safety for both customers and associates.
  • Contribute to the growth of our Wash Dry Fold services.
Wash & Fold Duties:
  • Process all Wash Dry Fold orders accurately in our POS system.
  • Communicate our Wash Dry Fold values and services to customers.
  • Sort, wash, dry, fold, and hang laundry as required.
  • Inspect items for stains or damages and address them accordingly.
  • Ensure a high-quality laundry experience for our customers.
  • Maintain inventory of Wash Dry Fold supplies.
  • Exhibit strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Apply knowledge of proper laundry procedures and best practices.
  • Manage time effectively to meet deadlines.
  • Lift 20lbs or more consistently as needed.
  • Maintain laundry machines and report any maintenance needs.

  • Basic computer skills.
