Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Material Handler to join our team at The Reserves Network. As a Material Handler, you will be responsible for handling, moving, and storing various lumber and construction materials within our warehouse.

Key Responsibilities
  • Material Handling: Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other equipment to move items within the warehouse.
  • Loading and Unloading: Load and unload pallets and cases onto and off trucks, ships, and loading docks.
  • Storing and Stacking: Store, stack, and palletize items in designated areas.
  • Inventory Management: Assist with weekly product inventory and check or count freight for accuracy and damage.
  • Preparation for Shipment: Assemble items for shipment and ensure they are properly assembled in the loading area.
Requirements
  • Education: High school diploma or GED required.
  • Experience: 1 year of forklift experience and lumber yard and supplies experience a plus.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to push, pull, bend, kneel, twist, and reach.
