We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Merchandising Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our merchandising team, you will be responsible for cultivating relationships with in-store management, executing merchandising resets, and building retail displays.

• Cultivate strong relationships with in-store management to drive sales and customer engagement
• Execute merchandising resets to maintain a visually appealing store environment
• Build and maintain retail displays to showcase impulse items
• Merchandise impulse items on clip strips and J-hooks to maximize sales
• Implement plan-o-grams to optimize store layouts and improve customer experience

• Self-starter with excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with business partners
• Ability to meet physical requirements of the role, including standing and walking for extended periods
• Reside within 20 miles of Burney
