The selected candidate will be instrumental in organizing and stocking products, managing inventory, and safely operating forklifts to facilitate the movement of goods.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Efficiently build and stock shelves with products based on inventory needs.
  • Receive, unpack, and verify incoming merchandise shipments.
  • Maintain and organize inventory storage areas for optimal product accessibility.
  • Safely operate forklifts and other warehouse machinery to transport goods.
  • Conduct regular inventory assessments and assist with stocktaking activities.
  • Help uphold a clean and orderly warehouse space.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to prioritize tasks and achieve warehouse objectives.
  • Adhere to all safety regulations and procedures while operating equipment and handling products.
  • Carry out additional tasks as directed by warehouse management.

Qualifications:

  • Must possess Forklift Certification.
  • Prior experience in a warehouse or stockroom setting is preferred.
  • Capability to lift and maneuver heavy items safely, up to 50lbs.
  • Skilled in operating forklifts and other warehouse tools.
  • Strong focus on detail and precision in stocking and organizing items.
  • Effective communication skills and ability to work well within a team.
  • Commitment to following safety protocols consistently.
  • Adaptability to work in a fast-paced and changing warehouse environment.
