Responsibilities:
• Lead cross-functional teams to successfully deliver construction projects.
• Actively engage in the design and implementation of project safety and quality assurance initiatives.
• Take charge of project staffing and budget management.
• Assist in the development of bid packages, pre-qualification processes, and budget formulation.
• Facilitate preconstruction meetings and coordinate responses to RFIs.
• Lead efforts to assess risks and identify schedule-related challenges, including the analysis of long lead materials or equipment that may affect cash flow.
• Maintain strong relationships with clients.
• Analyze and present project delivery strategies, develop alternative solutions, and oversee their implementation.
• Supervise project close-out and resolution of claims.
• Serve as the primary liaison for senior management regarding critical business initiatives.
Qualifications:
• Preferred Bachelor's degree.
• Over 10 years of relevant experience.
• Proficient in estimating, scheduling, budgeting, field supervision, financial reporting, and client relationship management.
• Specific roles may necessitate relocation.
