About the Position

We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Manager to oversee the clinical services and treatment provision for multiple programs in our Lane County region. The successful candidate will have a Master's degree in a mental health field and a minimum of three years of post-graduate clinical experience in a mental health treatment setting. Experience in program management and leadership is strongly preferred.

The Clinical Manager will be responsible for supervising Residential Therapists, documenting supervision activities, and maintaining professional confidentiality of personnel, client, and program information. They will also be responsible for developing and coordinating community resources, using data to inform program decisions, and ensuring quality assurance and program evaluation.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of diversity, equity, and inclusion and be able to assist with carrying out organizational goals in this area. They will also be able to pass a DHS criminal background check.

We offer a range of programs, including Secure Residential Treatment, Non-Secure Residential Treatment, Residential Crisis Stabilization, and Supportive Housing. Our programs are designed to provide a safe and supportive environment for individuals living with mental illness.

What You'll Need
  • A Master's degree in a mental health field
